By downloading, accessing, or using Spending Pulse, you agree to these Điều khoản & Điều kiện and to any additional policies referenced here, including the Quyền riêng tư Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Spending Pulse after an update means you accept the revised terms.
You may use Spending Pulse only in compliance with applicable law. If you are under the age required to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the app only with appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Spending Pulse at any time, with or without notice. Features, pricing, availability, and system requirements may change over time.
If Spending Pulse offers a premium subscription or paid features, payment will be charged through the payment method associated with your Apple ID at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Unless required by law, purchases are final and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, not by us directly.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Spending Pulse for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works based on the app except where applicable law clearly permits it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Spending Pulse, including recurring bills, transactions, categories, and any budget assumptions. You are also responsible for keeping your device, account access, and backups secure.
If you use Spending Pulse on a device with modified security restrictions, or in circumstances where network access, storage, or platform services are unavailable, some features may not work properly. We are not responsible for issues caused by your device configuration, connectivity, or third-party platform interruptions.
Spending Pulse is a budgeting and cash-flow planning tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Forecasts, safety indicators, and spending estimates are informational only and depend on the data you enter. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and financial outcomes.
Spending Pulse, including its design, branding, text, graphics, software, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
The app or website may contain links to third-party sites or rely on third-party services such as Apple, hosting providers, analytics providers, or cloud services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.
Spending Pulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any forecast, calculation, reminder, or data display will be complete, accurate, or suitable for your needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, savings, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of Spending Pulse.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to Spending Pulse will be limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription, if any, during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Spending Pulse if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the app. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these terms end immediately and you must stop using the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spending Pulse and its operator from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms as part of a business transfer, restructuring, or asset sale.
